Final update: all rewards shipped!

Hi folks!
Firstly, thank you SO much again for your patience on this one. The production delays on these pins took me completely by surprise given how reliable my factories usually are, so I apologise that these were finished a couple of months later than planned (and then we had to wait for remakes on some of the designs). Such is the nature of Kickstarters and it comes with the territory of crowdfunding, but it's never fun when you don't receive your reward until several months after pledging, so thank you again for being so cool and understanding about the delays.
Secondly, I am pleased to say that all pledges have shipped! There are still around 10 folks whose cards haven't successfully charged on BackerKit - rather than keep trying to charge your card (perhaps causing even more problems with your bank!) and making you wait indefinitely, I'll ship your rewards over the next few days and won't include any add-ons which aren't paid for, unless you contact me in the meantime to arrange payment. There are around 20 folks who haven't completed their surveys. Please let me know your reward choices and postal addresses when you can! If I don't hear from you by the end of September, I'll cancel your pledge and fully refund you rather than keep your money indefinitely.
It's been awesome seeing all your posts on Instagram and Twitter, and I love reading your comments on the project! I think all the pins turned out absolutely awesome and I'm so excited to extend this collection even further! I'm hoping to launch Part 2 of this project in November this year and I've already got 20 pins drawn up, so please look forward to that! The pins, washi, and lanyards from this project are all now available on my store should you need any extras.

Hi backers!
Thanks so much again for your patience while the pins were getting remade. They arrived last week (Mordor looks amazing!) and I've been busy packing as many rewards as I can - we're now at 677 shipped with only 213 to go! I anticipate shipping all remaining rewards by the end of the weekend. Shipping times vary depending on where you are in the world, but they shouldn't take more than a few weeks to arrive. If you've not received your reward by the end of September, please let me know.
26 folks have not completed their surveys - please do so as soon as possible or get in touch either by messaging me on Kickstarter or by emailing me at [email protected] to let me know your pin choices and postal address!

Remakes finished!

Hi backers!
Thanks so much everyone for your patience wile we've been finishing the remade pins.
As I mentioned before, the quality of the Moon, Mordor, Narnia, and Lavender Town pins when they were originally produced was unacceptable to me and so unfortunately fulfilment for about 60% of backers could not progress until they were finished. I am pleased to confirm they are finally done and should reach me by next week. I will then get pledges packed up and shipped as quickly as I can!
Address Changes: Please let me know urgently if your address is likely to change during August. Most folks should receive their pledges by the end of the month.
As always, very grateful for your patience while these have been finished. I would definitely encourage backers to check through the previous Updates as I've had a few queries from folks who weren't aware we were remaking any of the pins (which would definitely cause you to think this project was suffering from a bizarrely long production time!).

Hi backers,
Firstly, I hope everyone who has received their rewards so far love their pins! Feedback has been really positive and it has been awesome seeing your posts on Instagram. Thank you so much for tagging me! 377 pledges have been sent out so far - that's every pledge which doesn't include a Narnia, Mordor, Moon, or Lavender Town pin.
Secondly, I'm very sorry for the production delays on the remakes. I've been chasing the factory 2-3 times a week, every week, since they went into production in June. Sadly there's little else I'm able to do to speed things up. Having spoken to some other pin-makers, it seems many factories are very busy at the moment and we're all experiencing delays. Going forward, in future projects I will estimate longer timelines to reflect that factories no longer make pins as quickly as they used to.
I have checked again this morning and my rep reports that the remakes are nearly finished. I am hoping that means they'll be done in the next few days but will continue to check in with him. I'm also conscious that if the factory rushes the pins, mistakes will inevitably be made and we're back to square one with pins we aren't happy with! Thank you so much for your patience while these have been in production - I know you're keen to get your rewards and I'll be using annual leave for my full time job so I can dedicate plenty of time to ensuring they're packed as quickly as possible when they do arrive to minimise further delays on my side.

Hello backers!
Just a short update from me - we've begun shipping! Some of my fellow UK folks have already received their rewards and international backers should start receiving theirs in 1-2 weeks depending on how quickly international mail is moving nowadays. Please note that it could be up to 2 months depending on where you are in the world. Below is a swanky shipping progress bar thingy I've grabbed from BackerKit:
As I mentioned in a couple of updates, because we're remaking some pins (Mordor, Lavender Town, the Moon, and now Narnia too because the screen-printing was not acceptable on the finished pins), there will be two 'batches' of backers. Anyone whose rewards do not include those remake pins will have their parcel shipped out no later than Monday. For those who do have a remake design in their rewards, thank you for your patience! We're spending a little longer on those to get them absolutely right rather than sending you pins neither you nor I would be happy with!
